International investment forum "Sochi – 2008"
Delegation of the group of companies “GLENIC” took part in VII International Investment Forum “Sochi – 2008” on 18 – 21 September, which took place under the slogan: “Investments – the way of development of Russian economy”. Organizers of the forum had effective support from federal and regional authorities. Head of the government, ministers, leaders of other state and international organizations took part in the work of the forum. Business society of Russia, CIS and other countries were widely presented at the forum. According to official data, more than 10 thousand members from 40 countries took part in the work of the forum.
The group of companies “GLENIC” introduced its new investment projects and proposals dealt with business cooperation. Leaders of the group conducted business negotiations with representatives of financial and business organizations, during which forms and perspectives of cooperation in the framework of target investment projects were discussed. According to official data, projects prepared in 58 regions of Russia were presented at the forum for attention of investors. 112 agreements for the sum of 504 billion rubles (13,8 billion Euro) were concluded in the framework of the forum.
