IFG “GLENIC-M” became an official listing-partner of Deutsche Börse.
Open Joint-Stock Company «INVESTMENT FINANCIAL GROUP" GLENIC-M "has signed with Deutsche Börse AG working agreement as the listing-partner of this exchange.
Open Joint-Stock Company “IFG” GLENIC-M” having the given official status, becomes a conductor on Deutsche Börse for the Russian issuing companies. The company plans to involve, consult and accompany the interested Russian companies within the limits of listing process on Deutsche Börse. This step will allow the company to expand its activity on the foreign financial market.
According to experts of "GLENIC-M", listing-partner service will be claimed as soon as possible by the market as for many Russian companies’ placement of securities on Deutsche Börse means access to favorable European investment assets and it opens new possibilities of financing.
The agreement was signed in the framework of German Investment Forum (on November, 9-11th, 2009) in Frankfurt am Main. Deutsche Börse AG and Development bank KfW were organizers of the forum. This forum is the largest platform in Europe in the field of joint-stock financing.
According to the President of OJSC “IFG” GLENIC-M” Andrey Shmakov, this agreement corresponds to logic of development of the company within the limits of its policy on attraction of foreign investments into Russian economy. This event became quite expected continuation of development of cooperation of GLENIC Group with foreign exchange platforms. In July of this year company "GLENIC-M" signed the similar agreement with the Warsaw stock exchange.
