Shares issue
Under the decision of Federal Agency of financial markets of October, 02, 2009 issue and report on results of issue of ordinary nominal non-documentary shares of open joint-stock company «INVESTMENT FINANCIAL GROUP" GLENIC - M ", Moscow, placed by means of exchange for shares of the joint-stock company created as a result of transformation of shares in authorized capital stock of participants of transformed limited liability society are registered.
According to the presented report on results of issue of ordinary nominal non-documentary shares of Open Joint-Stock Company IFG "GLENIC - M" 15 000 000 000 shares with par value of ten roubles per each share are placed. Total amount of issue at par value constitutes 150 000 000 000 roubles. The issue obtained the state registration number 1-01-55383-Å.
According to General director of Open Joint-Stock Company “IFG “GLENIC – M” Andrey Vjacheslavovich Shmakov, this event will positively affect further development of the company, in particular, will harden its items as dynamically developing participant of financial market in Russia. The cost parameters characterizing the company, correspond to intellectual property estimation (systems of display of results of purchase/sale of shares of investment funds on exchange), patented in Russia and Singapore. In plans – there will be introduction of the given unique asset on stock exchanges, both in our country and abroad.
