According to the chief executive of Group of companies GLENIC Technikov Y.V., «Poland is the full member of European union, which in some measure puts the Warsaw shares platform in one range with the oldest European trading platforms, such as Deutsche Börse (The German exchange) and even Euronext NV (the Pan-European shares Exchange). The Warsaw stock exchange (WSE) — is the largest stock exchange in Central and Eastern Europe. The Warsaw stock exchange during the last time has turned to one of the most dynamical emerging markets of IPO in Europe. Also I will notice that the Warsaw stock exchange is one of few exchanges who not only has developed strategy on attraction for IPO the companies of small and average business, but also consistently embodies it in life. The Warsaw stock exchange gives real possibilities for the average companies to come on IPO in Europe. Average cost in terms of volume of placing on the exchange is constituted 5-6 percents of the sum of the involved investments, while placing on the London platform can cost 20 percents. I think, this offer will interest many Russian companies interested in attraction of the western capital for development of the business. "GLENIC - M", from its part, will make the given procedure as much as possible transparent and clear».
