The agreement on strategic partnership
Investment group "UNIVER" and Group of companies "GLENIC" have concluded the agreement on strategic partnership on work on the Russian securities market.
Within the limits of the agreement reached by the groups the decision was accepted about consolidations of business directions of investment business in the various companies as a part of the above-stated groups. In particular, in the nearest time brokerage business of «UNIVER Capital» Ltd. will be transferred in "Brokerage house GLENIC», depository service of «UNIVER Depositary» Ltd. within the limits of the reached arrangements will be carried out by Depositary of "IFC Center of financial technologies » Ltd. Activity on administration of securities, management of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-government pension funds will be carried out by «UNIVER Management» Ltd.
The given decision is accepted by shareholders of Investment group "UNIVER" and Groups of companies "GLENIC" for the purpose of improvement of quality of the represented services, improvement of system of services, minimization of investment risks and optimization of business processes of IG "UNIVER" and IG «GLENIC».
As soon as possible representatives of IG "UNIVER" will be a part of Board of Directors of GC «GLENIC», and representatives of GC «GLENIC» will be part of Board of directors of IG "UNIVER".
