Changes in Regulations of «Brokerage house GLENIC»
Since February, 24th, 2009 changes in Regulations of “Brokerage House GLENIC” become effective. They dealt with “On activity procedure on capital market and forward market” (Contract of adhesion) approved by the Order of General
Directors of «Brokerage house GLENIC» Ltd. ¹ 9-MIK/08 of November, 26th, 2008 (further - Regulations). On the basis of the order ¹ 11-MIK/09 of 11th February, 2009 issued by General Director of «Brokerage house GLENIC» Ltd. item 1.11.2 of article 1 of Regulations is stated in the following edition:
«1.11.2. The broker has the free right to turn to the money resources of the Client intended for investment in securities or received as a result of sale of securities, as it should be, provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and standard elements of law of federal enforcement authority on securities market. The broker guarantees to the Client performance of the Client’s orders at the expense of the indicated money resources».
