I International Forum of nanotechnologies
Employees of GLENIC Group took part in I International Forum of nanotechnologies, which was organized by ROSNANO. The forum took place on the territory of Central Exhibition Complex “Expocenter” and lasted till 5 December.
Plenary meeting of the forum was opened by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Government Ivanov S. who read the greeting message from the President of RF Dmitry Medvedev.
Minister of economic development of RF Nabiulinna E., General Director of ROSNANO Chubais A., Director of FGU RSC “Curchatov Institute” Kovaltchuk M., Nobel prize-winner, Vice-president of RAS, academician Alferov Zh., executing director of Institute of Lasers, photonics and biophotonics Paras Prasad (USA) took part in the work of the forum.
During the work of the forum the members discussed the world tendencies of development of nano-industry and perspectives of the use of nanotechnologies in different fields: chemical industry, building, medicine, electronics, photonics and biotechnologies. Also it was discussed foreign experience of formation of national innovation systems, the role of the state and business in establishment of mechanisms of commercialization of scientific researches in the field of nanotechnologies.
