Congress of corporate directors
Member of the Board of Directors of joint-stock company “IFG GLENIC-M” Brovkin S.A. took part in VII National Congress of Corporate Directors.
VII National Congress of Corporate Directors took place on 3 December 2008 in Congress-Center of RF. It was organized by the Russian Institute of Directors and College of professional union of corporate directors with Association of managers of Russia and with support of Association of regional banks of Russia, Association of investor protection, Moscow Interbank currency Exchange (MICEX), Russian Social Organization “Business Russia”, National League of managers and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RF.
The main target of the Congress was consolidation of professional society (National Register of professional directors), discussion of actual problems of increase of the role of corporate directors in Russian companies management and positions of different groups of investors and state bodies in accordance with these problems.
