Meeting of the board of directors
Meeting of the Board of directors of the open joint-stock company “Investment Financial Group “GLENIC-M” took place on 30 September 2008. Along with members of the meeting, heads of the leading departments of the company took part in the work of the meeting.
The Board considered the following questions:
- Current situation and strategy of the company development
- Financial health of the company
- Development of the company infrastructure abroad
- Procedure of work and delegation of liabilities of the members of the Board
According to results of discussion, the Board took respective decisions.
