Was born in 1961.

In 1987 he graduated from Moscow engineer and physics institute, engineer — physician specialty.

1990-1992 President of International exchange of science-intensive and informational technologies, which was established under decision of scientific organizations and companies that were part of Ministry of middle engineering.

1992-1997 President of International technological concern. Main activity of the concern was investing in high-tech projects in defense industry and sale of products and patent technologies to foreign investors on the basis of licensed deals.

1997-2003 General director of closed joint-stock company «Baisy».

2003-current time General Director of «Investment Financial group «GLENIC-M».
